• The Company is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

You may not use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. App Store and Google Play purchases are subject to their respective billing and refund policies.

We may offer free trials for certain Services. Unless otherwise stated, free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Your notice should include a description of the copyrighted work, description of the alleged infringement, contact information, statement of good faith belief, and statement made under penalty of perjury.

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services including Apple, Google, Firebase, Meta, Stripe, Paddle, Microsoft, and OpenAI. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

14. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our Services. However, we do not guarantee that Services will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Maintenance, updates, security issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in downtime.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless New Bilişim Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., its employees, directors, officers, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or content submitted by you.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect users or the Company. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İstanbul, Türkiye.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

22. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and/or within the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
